Light Bulbs

I am planning on changing all my bulbs. 2 questions:

1. where is the best/cheapest place to buy bulbs on the net?

2. what bulbs should I go with for the front headlights, fogs, and signal, and rear reverse bulbs. I want the bright output of the piaa superplasmas, but I dont want the blueish hue when the lights are off. I have heard that there are bulbs that are clear when off, but give off the bluish hid hue when on. Can someone please give me their suggestions. I really want to know what I am buying before I put in an order. Also, I am thinking about reliability too.

Thanks

I've never heard of a bulb giving off a color while off. You can go to your local speed shop and get any bulb you need. You can also get any bulb you need off of http://www.ebay.com That's where I got my tail light bulbs, head/fog light bulbs, stepside lights, nozzle lights, clear corners from and everything worked great!

What I meant about being clear when the bulbs are off, I meant the bulb cover is clear, but it emits a bluish light. I dont want to have blue colored light bulbs to be visible during the day--too ricer for me

On the Maxima, the head light bulb fits into a housing so you can't even see what color the bulb is. Mine are arctic purple, but you can only tell when the light is on. You can buy Super White or Arctic White and that will have no bulb color and only a white light.
