03 Max Spark plugs, ignition coil question

My car (150k miles) has been idling a bit rough lately. I haven’t replaced my spark plugs since around 110k so planning to do that. Would you all recommend replacing all 6 ignition coils while I’m at it?

Replacing plugs isn't bad idea. I recommend the factory spec NGK Platinum's for they are supposed to last 100k.

Coils are optional. If on a tight budget, reuse the old ones for they normally last a long time. If you hate the idea of having to pull the manifold again to get to the rears to replace a bad coil when it happens, then it may be worth it to just replace now. The Hitachi brand is going for about $35-40/coil and are the best ones since they are the OEM supplier for Nissan.

I went with NGK iridium's and my mpg went up. with the age of these cars check the coil connectors, I just had to change all my coil connectors on my 02 with 310,000 miles...
