02 maxima pass power window , when button pulled up to the auto close position, the window goes to the closed position and right away
opens and goes right back down 1/4 of the way. . when i control the window from the drivers door it does the same thing.
and this is always when trying to use the auto close .......its not intermittent.
to close it properly i have to NOT pull the button to the auto close position, and just close it my self.., im not sure how to explain this,
does this make sense to aybody?

There's a reset button on the side of the window motor.

 

If pushing the reset button doesn't fix the problem, it may require a new window motor which isn't expensive on Ebay.
