My 01 Maxima is fine at idle. **NO CODES** when I press on the gas to get it to 1500-2000 RPM it fluctuates up and down..kind of like pushing on the gas pedal and letting it go every second. Then when in drive, if I get aggressive on the gas pedal, it's fine.. if I accelerate at a normal driving range, once it hits that RPM range it rev's high then shifts into 3rd out of second..then when slowing down, it does not down shift properly until I come to a complete stop then can start all over. from 1st to 2nd it will rev up to if I am in that RPM range.

The ECM was bad and had that fixed, not replaced. The ICV controller blew in the ECM and had that fixed but did not get a new ECM/ECU. Have replaced all the sensors that coded previously replacing the ECU. ICV has been replaced..all 02 sensors, camshaft position sensor, TPS, RPM sensor on the trans. I'm at a loss. My mech which I trust stated he has never seen this before. Any help is appreciated.
