A couple weeks ago i asked why in the hell Stillen folded the side skirts to put them into a box. I brought it my body shop guy and he said "how the hell can they sell you something like this.......it's never going to come out straight and look right" I got pretty upset and called stillen. They told me that it's ok and it will come out with a little heat. My guy is putting them on now and hasen't hit a problem yet, but has anyone else had a problem with the side skirts? Thanks

 

Don't worry, just unfold them and let them sit for a while. Stillen isn't lying this time.

 

Mine was shipped the same way. You just have to heat it up a little bit thats all.

 

does the shop guy know how to deal with urethane? if he doesn't know that urethane returns to the original shape with heat, i wonder if he knows how to properly prep/paint it..

 

I am pretty sure he does. He called and got on the front with no problem and he seems ok with the other stuff now. He has been fixing my families cars for 13 years. I trust him with my baby Thanks for the help guys.
