HELP 5th gen LCA fitment

HELP 5th gen LCA fitment

Alright I’ve looked around and I can’t find anything on it except one post that went cold I have a 2000 max (12/99) I bought a suspension kit off eBay some after market with good reviews all the parts match look the same except I can’t get the Lower control arm to align with that being said the alignment bracket won’t “fit” in the new part should I just return the part am I doing something wrong I’m at wit ends with this one I could use some help part numbers match

Alignment bracket doesn’t fit the new one without tapping

can you provide the eBay link to the item in question? what is the brand name?
but just looking at this photo and the photos in my link here to compare, it looks like whoever made yours didn't know what they were doing and it's not aligned right, which explains your fitment issue.
So yes definitely return that junk, it should fit perfect out of the box.

send it back and order from Rockauto.

I would just put a new ball joint on the OEM one and get energy suspension bushings for it...

Looks good to me. Stick it up in there and bolt it in. What's the issue?

it's like going to the grocery, would you buy some meat with no label on it... only says meatclub2018 ?

After closer, more sober inspection, they do look to be a bit off from each other. Maybe your build date falls to needing the previous gen stuff?

Solved

Took it to a shop the charged me $1500..... they used the parts i had then they replaced both cv axles both struts and the passenger side alignment bracket <-which was the culprit
new battery and shes back on the road

dam $1,500, you could have flown me in and got it all fixed for way less lol.

a friend of mine actually flew me into Georgia a few weeks ago to work on her car..
