Engine sound while driving slow

Engine sound while driving slow
I have this 2001maxima SE edition and recently i am hearing this sound from engine which comes and goes while driving slowly. If I turn off and turn on the engine back again, this sound goes off but may or may not comeback again. Any idea what is causing it?

i am attaching a video with sound for reference.
