swap question, tensioner

I'm in the process of prepping my 2014 engine to be swapped into my 02 and I'm stuck on what to do with the Nisformance tensioner bracket. I put the hardware into it the same way as it was stock and it doesn't line up right. am I doing something wrong?

Kinda.. But not really. That bracket may be made slightly different than the OEM but to fix your issue bend the bolt slightly to get it straight if you want Just so long as it clears the belt and runs true. The angle of this doesn't matter so much. The center bolt being tight is what locks in the adjustment. Once the center nut is torqued you could back the adjuster off and the belt wont move.

I put it in place with a dummy tensioner in place of the compressor and just tightened the belt and it all went into place. no clearance issues or anything..
