So I've swapped all the other panels with the ice blue LEDs from eBay.. (I dont really contribute to Amazon)
but the one I cant really get to is the shifter light.. anyone have any experience or pointers on how to do this without excess hassle? 🤔 thanks in advance for any help

 

You will need to remove the plastic bezel to access it underneath. It's just a generic T10 bulb if memory serves. It is a lot easier to access if you remove the entire center console.
