aluminum radiator off eBay

so I installed an all aluminum radiator today that I got off eBay. only paid $136.53 with shipping and taxes. it actually fit good with the exception of the lower shroud tabs that had to be filed down. the upper shroud bolts weren't included, luckily I already had some M6 x 1.0 x 12 screws left over from something else I was working on.

both lower tabs were filed down

Ive had that saved on my ebay watchlist for ages now, been intending to buy one and install it in the spring when the weather is warmer. Glad to see it fits!

That's actually a better find that the Mishimoto I used, it has the tranny cooler nipples (Mishimoto does not) ! I ordered a separate tranny cooler, Mishimoto, but never wired up the fan.

I have a 6MT so I might use the transmission cooler as a power steering cooler.

I had to tighten the hose clamps really good on the radiator end of the hoses. I noticed I had a leak when the engine cooled off but no leaks while running, the hoses are a little over a year old. everything is ok now that I tightened them real good. .

I also have an aluminum overflow tank

I actually ended up buying a new windshield washer tank cause I couldn't find a cap that fit.
