Knock sensors

I am about finished up with a Nissan Sentra swap with a 2002 Maxima harness and 2010 Maxima VQ35DE. I am uber close. Motor runs good. 99 percent of the codes cleared except (evap/power steering which has been deleted) and the knock sensors.

However, I am stuck on the knock sensors. I can't figure out where/how to wire them. On the 2010 Motor, it looks like they go to a single harness with 4 wires. I went and got a connector(black 4 wire) from pick and pull. What I can't figure out is on the 2002 harness is where the heck the connector is. I grabbed one from an old Maxima(grey 4 wire connector). I look at my 2002 harness but can't find a plug for it that matches. I found 2 connectors, one is grey and one is black. Both are two wires. Are these the knock sensors?
I did order 2 of these. https://www.ebay.com/itm/235636344227 just in case as well.

On a 2002 harness should they go to 1 connector or 2?

Edit: I found this thread https://maxima.org/forums/5th-genera...-location.html. It looks like their is only 1 knock sensor. Which makes sense. I though there was 2 in the 2002. So I assume its the grey/2 connector in my picture?

Wires from pick and pull. Left is the newer 2010 style. The right is what I thought was the correct wires.

I have a 02 with a 6 speed and this circled black two wire connector in the picture below is what goes to my Knock sensor.

and IIRC, that sub harness has one wire. KS is grounded to engine.

Thanks I am going to wire up the new harness to the old connector and see what happens. So close to be doing.

I have a new knock sensor laying around that I decided not to install since the OEM one never gave me issues. it does have 2 pins inside and one has continuity to the metal portion of the sensor that contacts the block...

Does anyone know what the pin out of the new connector style is? I want to bypass 1 of the knock sensors using a resistor and then run the other one to the old connector on the harness. It's got 4 wires. I know that ground doesn't go anywhere. Which pin goes to sensor 1 vs sensor 2?

ECU is only looking for one and you must use original DE sensor. If you're looking to bypass entirely, I believe it's 550K ohm.

Yeah I have the sensor already. I just wanted to know what wire on the new 4 pin(2010 maxima) plug I need to connect to the ECU harness(2002 maxima)
