Fuel issues but strange need help

(Edit, sense I’ve posted I’ve cleaned the spark plugs there only two months old but were very nasty I always run 93 and the cats are gone hence why it could be like that. Put the oem injectors back in it I know it’s getting fuel when I cleaned the spark plugs they were wet.

edit- if I give gas while its running off the starting fluid it shuts off

Apologies on if there’s a thread like this already I’ve done a good bit of searching. If there is one I’d appreciate the link sincerely

My 03 maxima 6spd has been nothing but trouble for me once I got about 2 months ago I bought it with a crank but no start issue. I changed the regulator, filter, pump, did not drop tank due to time crunch the car run fine after that for about 2 months and now it will not run. I checked fuel pressure it was 10psi so I changed the filter the pump and the regulator twice now sense I’ve had the vehicle nothing has changed for me. Car will just spin over unless I spray starting fluid then the car will run and accelerate I put a good bit of starting fluid enough to get it up to 5k rpm but soon as the fumes go so does the life of the car any pointers?

also sense ive had the car its never started easy. When its cold it will start better but once it’s warmed up if you let it sit 30 minutes or so you will not get that car started without starting fluid, made me think coolant temp sensor but it done nothing when replaced.

things I’ve replaced
maf ,throttle body, injectors, spark plugs ,coil packs, cam and crank shaft ps sensor, fuel pump, filter, regulator. Both down stream 02 sensors

things I have done
yes it has gas.
I swapped relays
checked fuses but pump has been getting power whole time
both precats are gutted out (is back pressure a real thing??)
checked fp
swapped coolant temp sensor

things the car has also done but not sure what it’s about. The first day I had the car the exhaust was getting so hot I put a leaf to it and it curled it up that’s why I gut the cats sense then has not done it. The car gets warmed up super fast though I’m not sure why the car runs so warm if you pop the hood you can just feel the heat I work at a mechanic shop so it’s not like I’m not used to hot cars but mine gets HOT but doesn’t overheat.

along with every once in a while when accelerating the car will just fall on its face it’ll make you lunge forward in your seat it comes to such a halt but then almost immediately the car kicks back in an will pull your head back… not sure if that’s a operator issue or what but I’m almost certain it’s the car it just does it not sure why.

Even before it broke down again it was hard to start but once it’s going your good I drove it to the beach and back I just knew I would need starting fluid to start up so I took it and that was a 4 hour drive

another strange thing my maxima does is the intake will pop I feel like all of my issue are fuel related.

forgot to add this but also the clock on the interior of the car is always getting changed without the battery being unhooked or anything for example I’ll set the clock and in a few days it will be a completely different random time.

could my fuel line be clogged? Can I run my Own fuel line from the pump and splice into the fuel line before it turns into metal right near the injector rail

Also I’m located near Charlotte nc if anyone local could get me an extra set of hands that would probably help I’m 19 so I don’t have a lot of experience just a few years. I will pay

the only parts I would say aren’t good quality are my injectors I got some cheap ones off amazon but everything else is oem replacement from either Nissan dealership or parts store can’t get much at the parts store though from what I’ve learned

usually when you have timing issues you will get an engine code. your sure you didn't mix up coil or injector connectors?

Prior to it breaking down on me I just had 02sensor codes I have a obd2 reader( just so you know I have been checkin) and no I don’t believe so all of the wires are like harder i guess you could say from the age so they don’t move/flex much but when I was using my noid light on the injectors everything looked right

send those amazon injectors back, who knows what they sent you. they might be leaking at the tip. I had a brand new injector from Rockauto fail on my Sienna van and got a used OEM one from ebay, it's been fine over a year. same goes for the MAF in my Maxima. My Maxima ran way better when I witched from a new Duralast MAF to used OEM MAF. steadier idle and better rengine response... you can get away with cheap coils or sensors but never cheap out when it comes to anything fuel related.

I went to the junk yard pulled some oem injectors and watched them fire prior to puttin in car still does the same thing will only run off the starting fluid. I am spraying a good bit of steering fluid enough to spray it run to the cab start it and it will idle about 5-10 seconds depending on how much I put but during that time period if you try an give it gas it shuts off it runs so good once it’s idling I just don’t get it

I'm starting to wonder if maybe you have a wiring harness issue. check the wiring harness ground. to the left of the oil cap is a bunch of wires that ground onto the timing cover. in most cars it functions as injector grounds. they connect to a metal ring, clean the ring and it's grounding point.
