the only time my car ever goes into a shop is when I need tires put on and an alignment. I took her in early monday morning to get my tires put on and didnt notice untill later in the day that one of my wheels has installation damage. I know it's installation damage cause I got these wheels new, no one else drives it, and I never hit any curbs. it was at the Firestone I normally go to since they do a really good job when it comes to wheel balancing and alignments. I went back and of course they denied that they're guy damaged it. but they told me to come back to see the manager in the morning. which I'm sure won't do a dam thing..
so the lesson learned here is to always look over your car before you leave the shop. the damage doesn't bother me much but the fact that they think I'm stupid enough to be convinced it's curb rash damage is really insulting...
damn that is pretty bad, i had a couple marks form the tire machines over the years but noting like that. let us know if u get any where with the manager.
it's almost rare to have any accountability any more

he told me to get it repaired and they would reimburse me. I'm going to stop by a wheel repair place on one of my days off
