5th gen ignition coil screw insert

Good day all. I recently ran into an issue with one of my ignition coil screws getting stuck in the insert thing.
The scew on #4 just turns, i can pull the coil and scew up with the insert at this moment, im just not sure how to remove or install a new screw insert. That is the insert for the engine cover, the gold peice, i need one for the ignition coil.

Sure, pull it up while unscrewing it. Then remove the insert from the bolt and see if it's damaged. If good, reinstall it in the cover with epoxy.

I tried vice gripping the insert and ratcheting the screw with no luck because the insert just keeps spinning around.

common problem with plastic covers. even worse when theyre aftermarket covers as those are. JSutter covered it. pull up on the coil while spinning the bolt. eventually itll get hot enough to melt the cover and pop out. then remove insert and either replace cover or epoxy it back in.

the coil is already loose so to speak. I can pull it straight out. Never had this issue with an oem valve cover, this current one is aftermarket. Im gonna see if I can salvage the insert part from another valve cover.
