Pre Purchase - Things to Look For

I’m looking at potentially purchasing an automatic 2000 Maxima with pretty low mileage (around 64K) that I’ve spotted recently assuming it actually runs and drives well. The car looks to be in great condition both in its exterior and interior. However i’m just a bit skeptical looking at its historical records seeing how little it’s been driven all these years. There are various points where the car was only driven like 2K miles or less every two years or so. I’m not saying that’s necessarily a bad thing but is there anything specifically I should be looking for in terms of aging components due to not being moved around as much? Given how old the car is, I’m fully expecting some things to need replacing but I was hoping to get pointers to any specific pain points.

thanks.
