Well as far as I know (To say that ive never been in a position to purchase a new Ferrari.....as of yet) The waiting list alone for a new Ferrari (most models) is pretty long and it usually is who ya know when it comes to wether or not you get one. I think there is more to the story then just needing to be a memeber of whatever to get the rights to purchase the car. I mean, come on, were not talkign about strolling to the kical ford dealership for a new F350, were talking about an expensive car that borders on an artform.

tru tru, i forgot the part about the waiting list. but still at least put him on the waiting list, he was going to pay a lot more than the cars retail, up front.

i don't know, it's just weird that they denied him.

Many years ago, one of my dad's friend went to buy a Ferrari. At first, they denied is request. Why? Because he owned a second house, and to get there you had to drive 1/4 mile on gravel road. Ferrari is very very very picky about any conditions that could make the future value of his cars (used and new) go down, instead of up.

After confirming by contract that he would not drive to his second house, he was allowed to buy one, but had to take a 2 days course on how to drive a Ferrari and how to take care of if....

That's the Ferrari way....

Maxes are a nice ride, man! I think the way Ferrari treats their customers are just discouraging, what do they think they are the king? Do Lamborghini's and Bentley's do the same thing?

if i had a ferarri, i don't think i'd feel the need to mod it. , but if i had the money for a ferrari i also probably could get another car to mod, but i'd probably also have the money to mod it all out at once.
