WSP SFCs now done for 2001

We just finished jig for 2001 today. Now taking orders.Dallas said they will be ready to ship out on Monday. $200 will get you a complete set, stage 1 & 2. Will be bringing in a 2K2 car next week. There probably isn't much difference but we have to check fit.
Pricing will be out next week on both painted and powder coated versions as well.

Sub-Frame Connector. Sort of like an X-brace that goes on the bottom of the car. Makes the car act like one rigid piece of metal (ok, i'm exaggerating but that's how it's going to be like with this and the rest of the stuff like FSTB, RSB, etc.)

You should really say "good for handling". These mods will make the car handle much better, but they may not exactly be "good" for autocross. They will very likely land you squarely in a Prepared Class where you will be competing with cars that by in large are by in large not street legal because of the severity of the mods they do. Your Max with SFC's and other mods will barely make it into prepared and most of the other people in the class are at the other end of the spectrum. Their cars are at the extreme limit of what's allowed in Prepared. In other words you will get your butt handed to you by the other cars in the class you end up in. Your local track might not really care to much and will probably let you compete in a lower class, but if you're in it to seriously compete and win trophies and go to regionals or national competitions you might want to make sure what class you'll end up in before going to crazy with the mods.

Cool! How about the b-pipe bolt-on for the 2k-2k1? What will it be made from? How much? And when will it be ready for shipping?

Keep up the awesome work!

This is too funny! Remember all the havoc that I was involved in last week with Bill and Jeff? It all started because I mentioned that WSP had not answer my emails in over a week and their 800# didn't work for me in Canada. So they locked the thread. And that is why I went on the verbal assault. Exactly what you said in this post. Sad!

Just talked to Dallas on the phone.

I used both forms of communication (they do have a regular number on their site). Try calling 501-925-1660.

Thanks! I will wait for their reply in this thread since they use the forum for communication too.

Did we ever discuss whether or not this was a bolt-on modification? Does it require body welding? Drilling, cutting? I think I've seen a couple of photos of their stage-1, but it wasn't clear what that would require to get installed.

Hmmmm, I guess I should have gone to their web site. So, unless the final stage-1/stage-2 kit has gotten creative, we will need to weld on the SFC pads to mount. Bugger that! Gotta go buy a spot-welder.
