Do you think this bar will fit/clear the SE model maxima? There are brackets around the rear shock mounts, will this clear it?

I am not too familiar with the maxima's but you might have to remove your back seat to install it. Might want to do that now and see if it has a chance of matching up.

 

... and really like it. Ended up costing about the same as Courtesy's - $80 with shipping. It looks like the same quality of construction shown in the RSTB pictures. I'd pick up a RSTB from these guys if I hadn't heard that it delivers neglible performance enhancements.

That is unless you Auto-X, I had one in my 4th gen and it made a great tie down for stuff, hehe.

Out 5th gens are tighter already than the 4th gens, IMHO.
