Has anyone have any trouble with their harnass after installing higher wattage bulbs ??? I got a pair of H4 100 watts and am thinking bout installing them, but dont want to upgrade the harnass. Is it safe to do so or not ??? Thanks.

 

dont do it i burned out my wire harness and now i have to buy a new one....by the way does anyone know how to do this

I got 80 watt bulbs... well they take 80 watts of power and they produce 100 watts... u think these are too powerful for the stock wiring harness? i have them in for about a month now and they seem ok... what do you feel? they are hiperwhite xenon charged bulbs... lemme know thanks

 

I had 45/65 watt Super Blue's. Turning on highbeams, my left headlightcover, standing from the front, sorta melted and left some gunk on the inside. But, I got them replaced.

 

anyone know the breakdown on prices for new wiring harnesses? i think i need them for my rear corners, front corners, headlights, and fog lights
