Baby Needs New Shoes!!!

So, I decided to get rid of the Pirelli SuperSucks and give the Kumho ECSTA 712 a try...

So far, they bite! But, the track was cold and the tires were rock hard.
I'll let you know how they perform the next time around.
They also squeel like a pig, if you care to know.
Hmp...reminds me of SCCA_Solo2, come to think of it!

Well they are "summer only" tires, so if it's cold they tend to be rather hard. Like my buddy who has been driving around in snow with his summer rims on all winter here in Michigan.

ADMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats going on jo?

What kind of wheels are those? You will like the Kumho's once you break them in, especially when they are nice and hot.

Same ones I've always had...Alba 18" Blaze!
Wish I could afford some better rubber, though.
Can you say, Michelin Pilot Sports???

My SuperSucks couldn't take the pressure.
I think I replaced 6 tires within 30K!

When did you get the IBM paint job?

I'm no tire expert, but I have Bridgestone S-03 Pole Position tires on my Maxima and they are obsolutely amazing. My friend has them on his WRX and he is equally impressed. I love the freeway...I don't know how they are for track.

They're good up to 150+ MPH. I've driven at 130 bouncing off my speed limiter (Getting Apexi RSM soon)for extended periods of time with no problems. They're $150 a pop on tirerack.com (Don't get screwed--My local store tried to charge 275 or something).
