Wheels and tires

Rims and tires make or break any car.

The M5 mod

In order to do this mod, you drive your car (any car) to a BWM dealer and trade it in for an M5. Of course, you have to deal with your broker and accountant kicking your a$$ every day for a few years, but it is worth it.

Noisy? You mean harsh and stiff, right? In my opinion, they are well worth it. I'd take superior handling over ride quality any day.

Dunno if I have a true favorite mod. I had a moonroof installed, because I used to have a convertible and needed some more air. Put on the clear sidemarkers, cause they clean up the lines on a white car. And, I bolted on a FSTB this weekend, cause it was cheap and I really enjoy a smooth-handling car. I'm done with the mods now...need to save for my Monte's paintjob!

It's very rare when I hear the suspension making noises now. Are you thinking about the Cattman coilovers?

You can get it at your local rice shop, or online at www.autofreak.net, www.optauto.com. Just do a search online. There's all different kinds too. I have the 300mm flat one.
