new rotors and pads break in period?

Just had the famous brake judder TSB completed by the dealer. Is there any run in time on the pads/rotors that were just replaced? Should they be treated easy for a hundred miles or so?

They replaced your pads/rotors? I thought the first attempt was to resurface the Rotors and replace Pads.

I thought that they resurfaced them too, but they "ordered" 4 new rotors, and it looks like they are new, although I guess theres no real way of telling without measuring the thickness of them. The dealer did a great job on them also...the feel to them is perfect....and ...nope I am not Kev's cousin...lol

Go easy on them for a tank of gas. They'll set up nice.

Yeah, The dealer gave me a run around first. Resurfaced the rotors and they were warped again in 6K miles. Charged me $100 for it. Then I called Nissan Consumer Affairs and complained. They asked me to go to another dealer and instructed them to Replace all 4 rotors/pads.

Service is Dealer to dealer I guess when it comes to Nissan. b/c this dealer didn't care I had mods. The guys in service were like Damn, What the hell is that, (pointing at my CAI)..
