In speaking with Dave at SouthPoint Nissan, I inquired about the 2K1 AE pedals/pedal set.

He tells me they could be purchased individually (I think). But, the one thing which I wanted to share was that it sounds like it will be a major pain in the *** to put the pedals on.

Involves going into the firewall area and such. It is not just a "slap 'em on" type thing. You problably "could", but, apparently, these are designed as a pedal replacement and not a cover type.

This is a quote from the e-mail Dave sent me so it sounds a lot easier than maybe he originally thought.

"Hey Matt- I just got all the info on the AE pedals today! The way the parts listings look, I think you can just change the pedal pads to the AE ones (instead of changing the whole pedal assembly-big job!), I ordered both A/T &
M/T pedal pads, they are all on back-order, except for the A/T one."

How much are they?

Hi Guys,

1) How much are they to buy from Southpoint?

2) Can anyone confirm that the Auto pedals are indeed easy to assemble?

Thanks,

timmyl

Good news (about easier installation), although I would have purchased them anyway.

I think the AT's are going to be around $90. I don't remember. You could call and inquire/place an order.
