Hello all,
Got a automatic 2002 SE about a month ago. It's got about 1500 miles on it now. In the past week I've noticed a strange on and off problem. Sometimes when I step in it in second and third it seems to struggle like it's gasping for air or struggling for gas. It acts like a car with 50,000 miles on it that needs it's injectors cleaned. At first I figured I just got a bad batch of gas, but after letting the tank go nearly dry, then filling it up at a different gas station, the same problem still happens. It's not all the time, but today is about the fifth time it's happened. This is after the car is fully warmed up(about 10-15 minutes of driving) and lasts until I get wherever I'm going. It's starting to seriously **** me off! If anyone has any ideas, or has seen similar problems, please let me know. Thanks.

 

It's the recall problem.

 

It's happend to me twice now. I just shut the car off and when I start it back up the problem is gone. It's been a few months since it happened last.
