Underbody Light Question/Suggestions
Underbody Light Question/Suggestions
I know you guys probably hate underbody lights, but hey I got them for free
I installed them yesterday and it took a very very long time. I ended up having to take all the tires off and the rear bumber off (then the metal beam) just to install the ****ing lights...
There was no room at all to install the rear light but the others were fine, I ended up mounting the light between the metal bumper peice and the wheel well (screwed into the wheel well)...
wheel well = where the spare is. Just in case i'm using the wrong words. Is there any other way I should mount it to make it show more light? I was thinking of keeping that there and installing one more further under the car somewhere (near the beam)... Any suggestions of where and how to put it?
Heres the front and side (sorry about the bad pics)
And the Back... Not a wide range of light...
btw: i have a 2k2 max

Neons
I've got the Streetglow Gold Series Under Body Neon Kit in Neo-blue. I had mine professionally installed, so that the individual bulbs cannot be seen, even when turned on. The front neon is installed up on the space where the front splashguards covered. The splashguards were removed. The sides and rear fit perfectly in the long spaces, just inside of the edges of the car. No wires or bulbs should be visible if you are looking straight under the car from the sides. If you can see them, they were installed wrong and will most likely be struck or impacted by road debris, rocks, speed bumps, etc. Hope this helps, check my website for pics of the neons. The pics don't do the neons justice, like I expected them too. The neons are actually a bit brighter in person. Peace.
What exactly do you mean by not being able to see them... From the sides of course I can't see them... But if you look underneath the car you can
Is that what you meant? And I don't see where you installed the rear... There is no flat space for me to install it on.
