FINALLY! Cured my Mysterious SES Light!
well after driving around with a Service Engine Soon light for about a year and 20k miles, IT'S FINALLY FIXED.
I kept pulling the codes and getting a reading saying that all three (3) Oxygen sensors were bad.
Well I swapped one for the hell of it and it still read that they were *ALL* bad.
It turns out that there is an fuse inline with the ECM (computer) that was blown.
So ALL THIS TIME it was just a friggin $2 fuse!!!
ARRRRRRGGGHHHHH!!
Well at least it's fixed now.
No more blazing yellow check engine light constantly staring me down.

$141.00 for a $2.00 fuse.
All i know is that it was a blown "Engine Control Fuse" for ECM.
They didnt tell me where it was located.
But i'm sure you could locate it w/ a repair manual.

and its different in the 5th gens...
this fuse is not located in the fuse panel...
because i suspected a fuse was the problem a while back and checked all the fuses in the panel...
they were all OK...
it must be located somewhere else..
