Are those prices for the entire set(all four lights)?

It's for all 4 pcs. I'm surprised not a lot of people are interested.

That comes with four clear lights. the bulbs for the front are already there and the bulbs for the rear you must buy seperate. If I am correct then put me down for the set plus rear bulbs

WHAT ARE THE POLARG M-14'S?

The Polarg M-4's are hyperwhite and from what I have read, they give off a hint of blue. It's personal preference.
