Hood fix!! $20.00 and literally 5 minutes....
Thanks to those in the attached thread (and Dave B.)!!!

Install took five minutes (most of which was letting the cleaner dry from wiping the lens top where the 'packs' adhere)!
Took her up to 95 and no flutter!

Takes care of that 'flutter' most of us have seen...
in the sheet metal...
While travelling at highway speeds (and higher), if you look at the surface of the hood right in front of the driver, most have a visible 'vibration'...

Could very well be...

Interesting to note that i never experienced this. Must be the Carflector's dynamics pushing the hood down

You have a Carflector too?
Anyway, yep. Since there's a TSB out it should be "easier" to get your local dealership to fix the problem out of warranty.

yes I have this crappy fluttering, and yes I have a hood protector. My car is still under warranty, can't I have them fix it?

Don't bother trying to take it to nissan you will just waste your time. The first time I took mine in they told me that my tires were out of balance
and that they balanced them and it was fixed. The second time the retard mechanic just adjusted my alignment screws so far that the hood was sticking up over the fender. I plan on buying the parts and fixing it myself because it sounds pretty easy.
