I just posted about my switches..but I had another quick question. When I am driving down the road, I hear a whining noise. It only occurs when I am in a gear, the clutch pedal is not depressed, and I am pressing on the gas pedal. If I let off the gas, the sound goes away. If I push in the clutch, the sound goes away. It does not appear to get louder or change pitch with engine RPMS, and when I give it past a certain amount of gas, it goes away. It's just when i'm basically pressign down lightly on the gas pedal while in a gear. It is most noticable in 3rd gear and up.

Is this a normal noise? Like maybe something related to the tires?
