Has anyone cleared out their headlights in a 2k2?

has anyone taken out the amber piece yet? the headlight cluster looks SO nice, but that amber piece has gotta go. it doesnt look very attractive.

or has this topic been beat to death already and am i going to get from everyone?

its been done..Emax95 was the first...i added a little to it by having a frosted peice made....i think you can see it on my sig.

first of all..before you get flamed..try search..but ive got it for ya http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?threadid=88889 thats the orginal thread by the 2k2 pioneer..hes the 1st one to do it..the only things i would to is try and scrape off as much of the grey goop as possible and use alot of silicone in the gap. If you want the frosted peices try going to Tap Plastics..or a pleiglass shop..and bring in your orange lense and have them cut you a frosted peice of acrylic plexiglass to match...1/4" think i belive..or if you really do decide to do it..let me know and i'll be willing to buy you some clear peices..it costed me like 7 bucks for both..so it'll probably come out to like 10 bux shipped to ya.
