K&N CAI for Max...
Well, heard back from K&N concerning a CARB-certified CAI for the Max, and the answer was very positive:
"Dear customer,
We have not released a kit for these vehicles as of yet.
R&D is currently in development on a kit for the 1998-2001 Maxima 3.0L and the 2002 Maxima 3.5L. There is no ETA on the release of this kit. If you are local and would like to volunteer your vehicle for testing, you can log onto our website at http://www.knfilters.com/needu.htm and submit your information.
