i dunno if its possible. if reports are correct, the grille cannot be removed from the bumper. if you could remove it, you could probably find places that will chrome dip it for ya. i personally wanna make mine body colored.

i think on the Street Scenes site there are diagrams and instructions for how to remove the main grille. They also sell chrome grilles.

 

this is a 5 year old thread. I think lex should get banned for bringing back a thread with a stupid post like that.

 

i wouldnt be so quick to jump on lex case... maybe there was a person who deleted thier thread. It happens. But if it was you lex... how the hell did you find this thread anyways?

btw, cant dip plastic, has to be vacuum metalized or something.

ok i guess it appears so, but it was at the top of the forum page when i came on, i didnt go looking for it. so i dont know how that happened

 

00 - 01, the grill is part of the bumper and you can cut it away from the rest of the bumper. 02 - 03 the grill is separate.

I think he did it with another thread but I couldn't find it. Anyways as of yesterday he was banned. I don't think lex is that noob to go searching around 5 years back to find a thread about chrome grills and post, "yeah this kids white...."
