Those with hybrid intakes

I've already got the berk intake and i searched to see if any had any trouble hooking up the upper section of the frakencar to it, but I did not get the responses I was looking for. I saw people with JWT and Stillen ones with no problems but I was not sure about the Berk. Are there any special instructions or tips that I should be aware of before trying to install? Thanks in advance.

I am considering the Berk intake. What was the noise increase and performance increase?

It should be no problem at all, but the Berk bracket doesn't attach directly to the Frankencar mid-pipe. The order of items from the throttle-body out should be as follows:

1. Rubber hose connector (supplied by FC)
2. Frankencar mid-pipe
3. Rubber hose connector (supplied by FC)
4. Stock Mass Air-Flow (MAF) unit
5. Berk SS MAF adapter
6. K&N filter (supplied by Berk)

Wow, mark me down for the dumb question of week. I didnt even think about what was between the two. jarturo- once again i meant to say something else. i ordered it the other day and should be here anyday. at the price of the sale, i couldnt pass up. what what ive read about impressions of the berk with and without the ram section, im sure ill be as happy as everyone else. ive heard its got a nice hiss that mocks the sound of a blow off valve. ill post my impressions when i get it on if you want, but if you want it, i wouldnt miss the sale that ends at the end of this month.
