Success... stud fixed & hub-centering rings instlld
I finally got the nut off of the loose stud by drilling through the stud. Replaced the stripped stud with the new one, installed the hub-centering rings on the new rims, washed my car and went to drive around and took some pics at the beach. Homepage!!! I know my car looks lowered on some pics but it's really NOT.
Can't ask for a better day.
Peace

Nice wheels, I am looking at dropping my 17s to either go 18s or 19s. But I keep getting turned away everytime i run over a big azz pothole or bump in the DC Metro area here.
Then when I see pics like this, I want to get them again, I am stuck in the middle. Dammit

Love my 18s
No rubbing what so ever so far with my 245s. The ride is really not much harsher than stock 17s. Actually i love it. Taking turns is a dream now. And i think if I got tires just as soft as stock potenzas the ride would be equaly soft. There is plenty of potholes here in NY too, and those 245s take them very well, especially with that rim protector i feel safe.
