Trunk Lid Liner
Trunk Lid Liner
Did anyone get a interior trunk lid liner with their 2000+ Max? I noticed my friend's 97 Max had a grey snap-in cover on the inside on his trunk. It makes it look a little cleaner looking. It might be one of Nissan's pricing cutting features. I wonder if there is a part number for it on the 2000+. I noticed there are holes for it.

Nissan does offer a trunk lid liner for the 5th gen. The '00 part # runs $51.09, the '01-'02 one is $47.33. Either one takes 13 clips. It came on models equipped with the cold package.

It's stupid, cause the front is felt (carpet-like), BUT the backside is hard plastic which will probably rattle with a decent sub, or box. You can actually make it rattle just by tapping on it! Just get some decent autocarpet material & a can of adhesive & you'll be OK...
