shift lock thing on 2k automatic???
on our 2000 maxima at the top of the console by the dash infront of the shifter there is a little thing that says shift lock. I have poped this thing out and i have no idea what the hell it does does any one know?

Just kidding, It's actually bypasses pressing brake pedal to release the gears... It usually for example if your illegally parked and towed, gear on neutral allow slack to scoop the car... DON'T ASK ME HOW I KNOW THAT..
