Speed Sensor on 2K SE

Can anyone tell me where the speed sensor is on a 2K SE (automatic) ?
Someone said it was on the transmission, but I'm not sure they were right and don't know where to look in any case.

Thanks for help.

I think this was discussed a long time ago. I don't remeber what was said but try using the search and see what you come up with. if you don't mind me asking, why are you searching for this sensor?

I'm sorry about that. Must have been thinking of something else then. I thought that maybe you wanted to remove the speed limiter. I remember that the speed sensor had something to do with removing the limiter or somwthing. But if you did then your speedometer would not function properly. Something like that. I could be very much mistaken tough.
