Killed a Prelude

This guy I work with has been talking smack about how fast his Prelude is for the past two months. We finally had a chance to go out on the track last night. It was both our first times out there, but we got a few runs in.

His best time: 17:10. Mine: 15:90.

Granted, with all I have done to my car, the time should be better...but I still kicked his ***!

Then to add insult to injury, his power steering belt shreds mid-race. I spent the rest of the night driving him to Checker and installing a new one. He says he is never going back again.

He was stock. 1999.

But the point of my story is that after all of his smack talk, I b*tch slapped him with my Max.

It was 5 speed. And the guy is skinnier than I am....which says a lot. No stereo...but 17" rims with Falkens.

Yeah, I'm definitely not tooting my horn about my time, believe me. I just thought the story was funny because this guy (along with another anti-Maxima guy at my work) ran his mouth at me for MONTHS. And he ran a 17.1!!

prelude huh, hey keep an eye out for a jet black prelude its a 93 or 94, its got the OZ F1 rims, and a licnese plate that sez Ulose2. which u will, the guy that owns street lethal owns that thing its on cavecreek and greenway on the west side of cavecreek. that has to be the most bloodthirsty prelude ive seen yet, hes custom machined a smaller pully and threw it on a s/c damn thing is a friggin rice cannon. but regarding ut 1/4 time ur right what does give it should be atleast low 15's to high 14's after all uve done????? and one more car that i really dont know why i saw here, the OSOFAST eclipse, if u see it trust me ull know, that thing is the fastest car ive ran across here.

I'm not out on the streets picking for a race or anything...

Street Lethal? Never heard of it. I'll have to check it out.

the place isnt all that, im just sayin thats the owner. just stick with SW auto, thats the best supplier ive seen down here as of yet. but im just sayin there are some highly modded out cars down here, those two specifically are mainly the fastest imports ive seen down here, im not trying to say go try to pick out a race with either of them.
