It was a 70ish Nova with cookie cutters up front, and your usual gigantic Comp T/A's on back with traction bars and turndownpipes. We got to a stop light and I could hear a mild cam thumping under the hood. This guy was cruising by himself looking for alittle action, so when the light turned green, I got a little burn out and he of course took off. Well we got side by side later on and I was going about 42 mph in 2nd gear which equates to close to 4500 RPM. Well I'm not sure who hit the gas first but it was dead even in 2nd, and in third he gained about a foot but I got it right back by the time I shifted fourth so we shut it down dead even. I rolled down the window and said "whatcha got 350?" and I couldn't for the life of me make out what he said so I just went on my merry way. He didn't look to thrilled though. I think once I have intake, pulleys, and exhuast I'm going to make some domestic car lovers in the area alittle angry.
