Ouch!!!

Freagin fool hit me this past weekend.
First scratches and they hurt. Wheel is all
F#@%$d up. Guy didn't even have insurance.
Just when I was about to start modding and this
happens. I will post pics later.

but until then (if ever), guess whose insurance is used to pay for the repairs????? Uh, huh...yours. That is what 'uninsured motorist' charges in your premium pertain to.

You're screwed on your deductible. But your rates won't be affected.

I would sue that person who hit you to pay for the deductable and time off work as well as any injuries. Otherwise, your insurance should cover everything.

yeah I know I have to pay the deduct. Small price to pay to get
it back into shape though. Is there any way I can get that back though?

Like Igor911 said, sue the uninsured motorist. You can try small-claims court. Keep records of everything involving the car repair.

Yes! Make sure to keep all reciepts documented. Also take some time off of work and get a noterized letter from your manager stating the days you were off so you can refunded.
