I think I need mounts replaced: 2 or 3?

I have the phenomenon of the car "hopping" and making shaking thuds when I spin out?

Anyone?

yeah, its wheel hop. its totally normal but you want to avoid it if possible.

if im not mistaken it is caused by the engine swaying back and forth. more stable motor mounts would reduce the wheel hop.

My shop told me we have 3: 2 on the motor (1 front, 1 rear) and 1 on the tranney. Do I need to replace all 3 or just the 2 motor mounts?
