on there!
I have the Stillen FSTB which I could tell was on my car right after I put it on.
I also have Volks in 18 x 8.5's ... is this dampening the effect of the RSB?
What's is supposed to do?

Try hanging some turns at high speeds I am sure you will notice the difference! I don't know where in Canada you live but those turns going up to Big White or Wistler would do just fine!

How did you notice the fstb was working? You noticed it when you initially enter a turn, right? Such as taking a right turn at a faster than normal speed, the front wheels feel like it's "tracking" it's pointed direction better.
With the rsb, you'll notice it 1/2 way through and the exit. Try entering a corner fast, and when you're 1/2 way through, floor it. You won't plow forward but you should stick the turn. The rear might even whip out and you would oversteer (it's a slow motion thing, so you'll probably be able to control it and not crash).
Another way to test it is to take long, fast, sweeping turns and gas it. RSB dramatically lessens understeer.
Please note that I'm writing from experience with 93 Altima 5sp with eibach/kyb, ebay fstb, st rsb, and rtr rstb. I know the 5th gens have much stronger pull than my 93 altima, so you might still get understeer.
