I read the faq and came up with conflicting answers.
Will someone post how the MIL is reset and calibrated? On the older nissans, it's based on about 24 start/stops of the engine from cold --> warm. Resetting involved turning a screw on the ecu in a certain manner. And resetting could also be done by unplugging the battery for more than 24hr.
Can someone tell me what the 5th gen ecus are like? thanx!
btw: are 5th gens obd-2 or obd-3?

they are ODB-2. battery disconnected for 6+ hours should do it.
