Do you guys change transmission oil when you have oil change and at how many miles? thanks!!

This info should be in your owner's manual. I can't think of a single car where the tranny fluid change interval is as often as the motor oil...its usually alot longer. Might be a good idea to do the first change early though, just to get the little shavings out of there fron the break in period.

Are you talking auto tranny? The book says something like 60k miles for changing the ATF but that's not a good idea. You should change it every 30k, but draining the pan only get's half (the rest is in the cooler and the torque converter.) Best idea is to drain the pan and replace that much every 10-15K miles. At about 40-50K, completely remove the pan and clean the metal filings that accumulate in the bottom around the magnet.

Are you talking manual tranny? Remove the fill plug and look at a sample at each oil change. Change that tranny fluid whenever it starts looking dirty... usually around 30K in my Rodeo.
