Paint Protection

Does anyone here have the 3M Clear bra on their car? I'm thinking about getting it, but I want to know where I can get it at the best price, and whether or not I should have it pre-cut or just buy it in a roll. Also, is it gonna be necessary to get it professionally installed? Thanks for the help.

Hmm, since I hear everyone else say it, use the SEARCH function please. There's tons of posts about this.

Yes, it is worth it
Yes, have it precut
Yes, have it professionally installed

However, I have the magnetbra from www.magnetbra.com and I love it. Only problem is it doesn't protect the bumper. The 3M will cost around 250-400 from what I've heard for the lights, bumper, and hood. There ya go.

I had mine professionally done. It ran about $400. It is a little pricey, but worth it. My mirrors came undone and they replaced it. If I had done it my self, then I would have had to buy more.

You can barely see it. I also had the guy put a piece in front of the sunroof.

Get it done if you want to protect your car. Worth every penny.

Hope this helps.

Hey gimmetorq I see you're from the Hanover Park area. I live in Streamwood and I was wondering if you knew of any good places around here that put on the clear bra??
