It is getting really hot here in Boston and I am thinking what to do to make my FrankenCar intake get cooler air.

I don't know if Steve has come up with any sort of heatshield yet?!?

I planning for now to put some sort of the tube that attaches to the end of that front air scoop.

This tube will direct more air towards the filter.

Has anyone done similar thing? Any pictures or suggestions what to use for that tube?
