Cleared my 2k2 Headlights!
Well yesturday I took the day off from school and dedicated my entire day to clear one of my headlights on my 2k2. I wasn't worried of messing anything up since I have already opened up my '99 tails and headlights before, did the Ooglie inc. clear corners on my 2k2 and cleared my friends corners on his GTP.
I spent almost 2 1/2 hours trying to separate the headlight housing from the lense and that was with a heat gun. Once that was done I just poped out the orange lense, heated up the sticky stuff around the housing, and used cocking to seal everything back up. The entire process took me about 5 hours or so for just one headlight. The only problem I had was that when I washed my car today the inside of the headlight fogged up. So what I did was bought a can of clear coat and I sprayed the gap where the housing meets the lense and everything is fine after that.
I should have before and after pics up by tomorrow

good to hear that it worked, and i bet it looks good too. but i personally dont think its work 5hrs per headlight to clear something out. but dont get me wrong its ur ride do whatever u want, just 10hrs for clearing out something just seems kinda long to me.

After the next rainfall I'll let everyone know how the headlights are holding up. Right now, the headlight don't fog up and it looks amazing but we'll see. I definitly think it's worth doing since it doesn't cost much and looks really custom.

Well guys, I was out playing tennis this evening and it started to rain. When I got home I noticed some condensation near the bottom of the headlight. I guess I'll have to put another bead of cocking around the headlight.
