Labor time

Hey I need help from all the mechanics on the .org. I just bought new KYB AGX's and H&R's for my car, plus a rear sway bar..upgrading the handling a bit... I am not a mechanic, don't profess to be one, nor do I have the tools/time/knowhow to install these things. A local place I called said it should take about 3.5 hrs to do the whole thing. Does this seem accurate to you guys who have done it? At $60/hr, I don't want to be getting overcharged..any help would be appriciated.

the spring/shocks can take 2.5-3 hours for the mechanic to do. The RSB would be about an hour (maybe less) so his estimates are pretty close.
