Summary of Blown MAF Sensor Polls
OK, here are the conclusions that can be drawn from the MAF Sensor Polls we ran over the past couple of weeks.
First, most respondents (4 out of 5) haven't run into a problem with blown MAF sensors. Second, Frankencar intakes seems to produce the most MAF sensor problems. But Frankencar intakes are also the most popular. Expressed as a percentage of total aftermarket intakes, Frankencars are no more responsible for blown MAF sensors than any of the others. And third, 2K/2K1 Maximas account for as many blown MAF sensors as 2K2 Maximas.
Although these results should not be considered statistically significant, they may indicate trends.
Thanks to everyone who participated. Hope this helps.

Re: Re: Summary of Blown MAF Sensor Polls
Well, to further prove that the Frankencars are not the problem, make more 4th gen intakes
If only the 5th gens are failing, this evidence would be a handy defense.
