Rear desk TSB, repair time?

Rear desk TSB, repair time?
I have the rear deck rattle and I know which seat belt casing is the culprit. My Nissan service center, told that it takes 4 hrs to repair this? Should it take this long? Does this sound like BS?
They wanna keep my six for a day to have this repaired.

Does it take this long because the rear deck has to be removed ??? I read the how-to that involved the rear deck a while back and I think it mentioned having to remove the seats.
Does this sound correct, rear seat has to come out to get to the rear deck???
